电影研究与泛电影研究——当前电影研究的主要国际学术议题综述(2020-2022)

Cinema Studies and Pan-Cinema Studies——An Overview of International Cinema Studies(2020-2022)

电影,作为全球性、大众性、高影响力的媒介、媒介内容和媒介产业,有两个研究维度,“对电影的研究”和“关于电影的研究”。通过对2020—2022这三年的SSCI、AHCI数据库的检视,以史料发现、历史建构、媒介考古作为研究方法研究作为媒介与艺术的电影史,以探讨影像与现实、历史、社会的指涉关联研究作为文本的电影,以对数字技术、流媒体的未来学思考研究作为工业的电影,以国族想象、地缘政治、跨文化传播等视野的拓展研究作为全球和区域文化的电影,四个方面构成了我们所理解的国际电影研究的重要议题。电影研究,不仅仅是“对电影”的研究,更是“通过电影”进行的对历史与社会、艺术与技术、大众与生活的研究。

Cinema,as a global,popular,high-impact medium,media content,and media industry,has two research dimensions,which are“research on cinema”and“research around cinema”.By examining the articles from 2020 to 2022 in the SSCI and AHCI databases,the authors of the article summarized four aspects that constitute the key issues of international cinema studies:1)Using historical discovery,historical construction,and media archaeology as research methods to study the history of cinema as a medium and art.2)The study of cinema as text through the exploration of the referential connections between images and reality,history and society.3)The study of cinema as an industry,with futuristic considerations of digital technology and streaming media.4)The study of cinema as global and regional culture,expanding the horizons of national imagination,geopolitics,and cross-cultural communication.Cinema Studies is not only the study of film,but also the study of history and society,of art and technology,and of the public and of life through film.
