摘要
中华优秀传统文化蕴含丰富的心理健康教育资源,可以激发大学生的民族文化认同感,丰富大学生心理健康教育的内容,为大学生心理健康教育提供持续发展的动力。在中华优秀传统文化融入大学生心理健康教育的过程中,出现了融入分离脱节、融入方式不科学、理论与实际不一致等问题,这与教学手段和教学理念传统守旧、学生主动学习潜能未充分挖掘、课堂教学环境不佳等有关,需要进一步创新融入方式、强化传统文化课堂教学、开展传统文化实践活动,培养综合素质过硬的新时代大学生人才。
The excellent Chinese traditional culture contains rich mental health education resources,which can stimulate the national cultural identity of college students,enrich the cultivation of college students’mental health,and provide the motivation for its continuous development.In the process of integrating excellent Chinese traditional culture into college students’mental health education,the problems such as disconnected integration,unscientific integration methods,and inconsistency between theory and practice,which are related to the traditional and old-fashioned teaching methods and teaching concepts,insufficient tapping of students’active learning potential,and poor classroom teaching environment,etc.It is necessary to further innovate the ways for the integration,strengthen traditional culture in classroom teaching,carry out practical activities concerning traditional culture,which will help to cultivate all-round developed college talents.
