医学生情绪管理能力、自尊与亲社会行为的关系 被引量:1

Relationship among Emotion Management Ability,Self-esteem and Prosocial Behavior of Medical Students

摘要 目的探讨医学生情绪管理能力、自尊与亲社会行为的关系及其影响机制。方法采用医学生情绪管理能力量表(EMAC)、自尊量表(SES)与亲社会行为量表(PTM),在东北地区3所医学院校随机抽取1035名医学生进行问卷调查;运用描述统计、t检验、方差分析、相关分析、回归分析等统计分析方法,并使用结构方程模型检验中介效应。结果医学生情绪管理能力、自尊与亲社会行为得分分别为(118.56±16.69)分、(29.21±4.75)分、(90.00±14.13)分,均高于理论均分;医学生自尊、亲社会行为的性别差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.12和2.65,P<0.05),自尊的年级差异具有统计学意义(F=3.53,P<0.05),情绪表达能力、亲社会行为的专业差异具有统计学意义(F=2.53和2.82,P<0.05);医学生情绪管理能力各维度及总分、自尊与亲社会行为各维度及总分之间均呈显著正相关(r=0.10~0.64,P<0.05);情绪管理能力(β=0.50,t=23.09,P<0.01)、自尊(β=0.52,t=7.21,P<0.01)均能正向预测亲社会行为,并能解释其37.5%的变异;自尊在情绪管理能力与亲社会行为之间的中介效应有统计学意义(χ^(2)/df=3.916,NFI=0.947,CFI=0.895,IFI=0.927,TLI=0.933,RMSEA=0.079),中介效应量为37.50%。结论医学生情绪管理能力、自尊与亲社会行为发展状态良好;情绪管理能力、自尊对医学生亲社会行为均有显著影响;自尊在医学生情绪管理与亲社会行为的关系上存在部分中介效应。 Objective To explore the relationship among emotion management ability,self-esteem and prosocial behavior of medical students and the influencing mechanism.Methods Using the emotional management ability scale(EMAC),self-esteem scale(SES)and prosocial behavior scale(PTM),1035 medical students were randomly selected from three medical colleges in Northeast China for questionnaire survey.Descriptive statistics,t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods were used respectively,and structural equation model was used to test the mediating effect.Results The scores of emotion management ability,self-esteem and prosocial behavior of medical students were 118.56±16.69,29.21±4.75,and 90.00±14.13,which were all higher than the theoretical average score.There was a significant positive correlation between each dimension and total score of emotion management ability,self-esteem and prosocial behavior of medical students(r=0.10-0.64,P<0.05);emotion management ability(β=0.50,t=23.09,P<0.01)and self-esteem(β=0.52,t=7.21,P<0.01)could both positively predict prosocial behavior and explained 37.5%of its variation;the mediating effect of self-esteem between emotion management ability and prosocial behavior was statistically significant(χ^(2)/d f=3.916,NFI=0.947,CFI=0.895,IFI=0.927,TLI=0.933,RMSEA=0.079),and the mediating effect was 37.50%.Conclusion The development of emotion management ability,self-esteem and prosocial behavior of medical students is good.Emotional management ability and self-esteem have both significant effect on their prosocial beha-vior.Self-esteem has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional management and prosocial behavior of medical students.
