基于德尔菲法和层次分析法的全科医生岗位胜任力模型构建研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的构建全科医生岗位胜任力模型,为推进上海市全科医学应用型人才培养及基层全科医生考核评价提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究、理论分析法等方法初步构建全科医生岗位胜任力评价指标体系,运用Delphi法对19位专家进行两轮咨询,运用专家重要性赋值平均分配法及层次分析法计算指标权重。结果两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别是100%、84.21%,建立的全科医生岗位胜任力模型包括终身学习能力、职业素养、基本公共卫生服务能力、人际关系与沟通能力、临床诊疗能力等5个一级指标,13个二级指标和62个三级指标,其中一级指标权重分别为0.2576,0.2576,0.0759,0.1513,0.2576。结论该研究初步构建了全科医生岗位胜任力评价指标体系,具有较高的可靠性,可在全科医学应用型人才培养、基层全科医生考核评价等方面提供科学依据。 Objective In order to construct the competency model of general practitioners(GPs)and to guide the cultivating of general practice applied talents at university and assessment of basic general practitioners at workplace.Methods With the help of document retrieval,semi-structured interview and other methods,the Competency Model for General Practitioners was initially established.The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation for 19 experts to evaluate the verification index system.The index weights were calcula-ted by the expert importance assignment average distribution method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100%and 84.21%respectively.The General Practitioner Post Competency Model established included five first-level indicators:lifelong learning ability,professional quality,basic public health service ability,interpersonal relationship and communication ability,and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.The weights were 0.2576,0.2576,0.0759,0.1513,and 0.2576 respectively.There were 13 secondary indicators and 62 three-level indicators.Conclusion This study has initially established a General Practitioner's Competency Evaluation Index System,which has high reliability,and can provide a scientific basis for the cultivating of general practice applied talents and the assessment and evaluation of basic general practitioners.
