摘要
目的分析延续性心理护理的相关文献,探讨其研究热点及发展趋势,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。方法以2010—2020年中国知网数据库中延续性心理护理相关文献为研究对象,使用CiteSpace信息可视化软件进行分析。结果研究最终共纳入1243篇文献。近十年我国延续性心理护理研究机构之间的合作较少;研究热点主要集中在延续性心理护理的形式、评价指标及各类患者及不同疾病的延续性心理护理;未来研究热点趋向“互联网+”延续性心理护理、延续性心理护理对患者生活质量与自我护理能力的影响、对慢性病患者焦虑与抑郁等负性情绪的影响等方面。结论延续性心理护理相关研究呈较快增长趋势,由相对宽泛的领域一步步细化,但研究质量及深度仍有待提高。应发挥信息化优势、加强领域间的合作,提高研究质量、构建完整的延续性心理护理评价指标。
Objective To analyze the literature on continuous psychological nursing in China from 2010 to 2020,discuss its research hotspots and development trend.Methods CiteSpace information visualization software was used to analyze the literature on continuous psychological nursing in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2010 to 2020.Results A total of 1243 papers were obtained.There was less cooperation among research institutions,and the research focus was mainly on the form of continuous psychological care,effect,evaluation index and various types of patients and different diseases of continuous psychological care.Conclusion It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of informatization,strengthen the cooperation in the field,improve the quality of research,and construct a complete continuous psychological nursing evaluation index.
