新发展格局下地方新工科高校创新体系建设研究

Local new engineering colleges and universities under the new development pattern research on the construction of innovation system

要构建新发展格局,提升供给体系的创新性和关联性,建设新工科高校创新体系是解决“卡脖子”和瓶颈问题的核心。要达到以上目的,现实中必须结合社会发展需求和地方高校建设实践。首先从新工科的格局建构出发,厘清新工科高校人才培养优化路径与创新评价指标的关系;其次,构建新工科高校创新体系;最后,面向社会需求,解决新工科高校与社会需求相匹配问题并展望教育前沿性的落实路径。

Constructing a new development pattern,improving the innovation and relevance of the supply system,and building an innovation system of new engineering universities are the core to solve the"stuck neck"and bottleneck problems.Combining with the demand of social development and the construction practice of local universities,to achieve the above objectives,in reality we must first describes the relationship between the optimization path of talent training and innovation evaluation index in new engineering universities from the perspective of the pattern construction of new engineering universities;secondly,construct the innovation system of new engineering colleges and universities;finally,facing the needs of the society,solve the problem of matching new engineering colleges with social needs and look forward to the implementation path of education frontier.
