摘要
数字经济的背景下,数字化应用型人才成为支撑企业变革的关键。应用型高校应根据数字化绩效管理的要求,对实训课程内容和教学方式进行改革,实现应用型、创新型的综合型人才的培养和塑造。针对“绩效管理”实训教学中存在的问题,将PDCA循环和PBL教学相结合,并将其应用于实践,旨在提升实训课程的教学效果,并为相关专业课程实训教学的实施提供参考借鉴。
Under the background of digital economy,digital applied talents become the key to support enterprise reform.Application-oriented colleges and universities should reform the content of practical training courses and teaching methods according to the requirements of digital performance management,so as to achieve the cultivation and shaping of application-oriented and innovative comprehensive talents.In view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of Performance Management,this paper combines PDCA cycle with PBL teaching and applies it into practice,aiming at improving the teaching effect of practical training courses and providing reference for the implementation of practical teaching of relevant professional courses.
