我国战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新效率的区域差异及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Regional Differences and Influencing Factors of Green Technology Innovation Efficiency of China’s Strategic Emerging Industries

基于2011—2020年10年的序列数据,通过Malmquist指数对我国29个省份战略性新兴产业的绿色技术创新效率进行了区域比较,得出了影响绿色技术创新效率的主要因素,并借助地理探测器分析了各影响因素及其交互作用对绿色技术创新效率的影响程度。研究结果表明:(1)我国战略性新兴产业的绿色技术创新效率总体上呈现出了良好的增长趋势,四个区域的绿色技术创新效率存在一定的差异;(2)各省份战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新效率表现出了不同程度的增长幅度,其中,北京、上海、广东、浙江等省份增长幅度排名靠前;(3)经济发展水平、人力资本、绿色技术能力、环保投入强度与知识产权保护力度是影响我国战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新效率的主要因素,而经济发展水平与人力资本、人力资本与绿色技术能力这两组双因子组合的交互作用对绿色技术创新效率有极强的解释力。

Based on the 10 years’sequence data from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes a regional comparison of the green technology innovation efficiency of strategic emerging industries in 29 provinces and cities in China through Malmquist index,and obtains the main factors affecting the green technology innovation efficiency,and then analyzes the influence degree of each influencing factor and its interaction on the efficiency of green technology innovation by using the geographic detectors.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the green technology innovation efficiency of China’s strategic emerging industries shows a good growth trend on the whole.There are some differences in the green technology innovation efficiency of the four regions.(2)The green technology innovation efficiency of strategic emerging industries in various provinces and cities has shown varying degrees of growth.Among them,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Zhejiang have the highest growth rate.(3)Economic development level,human capital,green technology capability,environmental protection investment intensity and intellectual property protection are the main factors affecting the green technology innovation efficiency of China’s strategic emerging industries.The interaction between economic development level and human capital,human capital and green technology capability has a strong explanatory power on the green technology innovation efficiency.
