金融集聚对绿色经济发展水平的空间溢出效应分析

Analysis of the Spatial Spillover Effect of Financial Agglomeration on the Development Level of Green Economy

金融集聚是金融不断发展的必然结果,能对经济的高质量发展带来影响。选取2004—2019年我国31个省份的面板数据,运用空间计量模型实证研究金融集聚对区域绿色经济发展水平所带来的空间溢出效应。研究发现:整体上金融集聚与绿色经济发展水平在省区间多表现为高—高集聚或低—低集聚的空间关联形式;金融集聚对绿色经济发展水平影响的直接效应及空间溢出效应均呈倒“U”型曲线关系;金融集聚对周围区域绿色经济发展水平的影响存在空间衰减边界,当距离阈值在100~800千米时表现为“涓滴效应”,并在400千米时作用最强,在800~1500千米则表现为“虹吸效应”,当距离阈值超过1500千米时,空间溢出效应不再显著。最后提出相应的政策建议。

Financial agglomeration is an inevitable result of continuous financial development,which can bring about an impact on the high-quality economic development.Panel data of 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2004 to 2019 were selected to empirically study the spatial spillover effects of financial agglomeration on regional green economic development levels using spatial econometric models.It found that:overall financial agglomeration and green economic development level are mostly spatially correlated in the form of high-high agglomeration or lowlow agglomeration among provinces and regions;the direct effect and spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration on green economic development level both show an inverted“U”-shaped curve relationship;the impact of financial agglomeration on the development level of green economy in surrounding regions has a spatial attenuation boundary.When the distance threshold is 100~800 km,it shows a“trickle-down effect”.The effect is strongest at 400 km,and it shows a“siphon effect”at 800~1500 km.When the distance threshold exceeds 1500 km,the spatial spillover effect is no longer significant.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
