共同富裕视角下生态城市可持续发展路径研究——以浙江省湖州市为例

Study on the Sustainable Development Path of Ecological City under the Perspective of Common Prosperity:A Case Study of Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province

以浙江省湖州市为例,按照“理论构建—实证分析—路径探究”的研究脉络,探究共同富裕背景下生态城市可持续发展的现实困境及发展路径。研究表明:(1)生态城市是践行可持续发展理念的重要实践载体,通过吸收可持续发展的理念,不仅有益于激活城市内在发展动力,也可以与共同富裕实现有机衔接,助力中国特色社会主义的发展。(2)湖州市整体上具有良好的生态资源禀赋与经济发展的基础,在生态城市可持续发展上有着可继续释放的潜力,但是仍面临着创新能力有待提升、内部区域可持续发展水平存在差距等现实问题,成为制约城市可持续发展的重要因素。(3)从多角度提出了生态城市可持续发展能力提升与共同富裕有效衔接的路径,以期为生态城市可持续发展与实现共同富裕提供理论与实践支撑。

Taking Huzhou city,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper explores the realistic dilemma and development path of ecological city sustainable development under the background of common prosperity according to The research context of“theoretical construction—empirical analysis—path exploration”.The research shows that:(1)The eco-city is an important practice carrier to practice the concept of sustainable development.By absorbing the concept of sustainable development,it is not only beneficial to invigorate the internal development power of the city,but also can realize organic connection with common prosperity and contribute to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.(2)Huzhou city on the whole has a good ecological resources endowment and the basis of economic development,on the ecological city sustainable development can continue to release the potential,but still faces the innovation ability to improve,the internal regional sustainable development level gap,such as realistic problems,become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the city.(3)This paper puts forward the path of effectively connecting the improvement of the sustainable development ability of ecological city and the common prosperity from multiple perspectives,in order to provide theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of ecological city and the realization of common prosperity.
