摘要
草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda是新入侵我国的重要农业害虫,确定不同温度对其繁殖行为的影响,为综合防治提供科学指导。在人工气候箱内设置5个温度梯度(19℃、22℃、25℃、28℃、31℃),将2日龄的草地贪夜蛾成虫按雌、雄1:1进行配对,并在暗期(20:00-06:00)详细记录求偶、交配、产卵等生殖行为发生时间及雌、雄虫死亡时间,利用SPSS23.0对数据进行差异显著性检验,分析不同温度处理对草地贪夜蛾求偶行为、交配行为和产卵行为的影响。结果表明草地贪夜蛾的求偶行为、交配行为和产卵行为与温度呈抛物线关系,其求偶率、交配率和产卵率在25℃均达到最大值;随着温度的升高草地贪夜蛾成虫的寿命在逐渐减短。表明上述温度范围内25℃为草地贪夜蛾的最佳繁育温度,温度与草地贪夜蛾寿命呈负相关关系。
Spodoptera frugiperda is a fundamentally agricultural pest which is a newly invasive alien species from abroad..To explore the effects of different temperatures on its propagation behavior is determined to provide scientific guidance for integrated prevention and treatment.In this study,five temperature gradients(19℃,22℃,25℃,28℃,31℃)were set in the artificial climate box,The 2-day-old S.frugiperda were matched on a 1:1 ratio of female to male.During the dark period(20:00-06:00),we recorded the occurrence time of propagation behaviors such as courtship,mating,oviposition and even death time of female and male adults in detail.SPSS 23.0 was used to test the difference and significance of the data.The results showed that the courtship,mating and oviposition behavior of S.frugiperda have a parabolic relationship with temperature,What’s more,the courtship rate,mating rate and oviposition rate all reached the maximum at 25℃.As the temperature rises,the lifespan of the adults is decreasing gradually.All of the results indicated that the 25℃was the best propagation temperature for S.frugiperda,and the lifespan of S.frugiperda was negatively correlated with temperature.
