基于二元决策图的水电厂事故风险控制系统

摘要 为了控制水电厂事故风险,保证水电厂的安全生产,设计基于二元决策图的水电厂事故风险控制系统。采集人员和作业现场的相关数据和信息,对数据安全控制、缓存以及过滤后,应用层依据存储的信息数据,通过生成二元决策图评估数据的事故发生比率以及风险重要程度,将事故风险信息存储至事故风险库,将结果呈现至驱动层,完成事故风险可视化以及远程外联,实现水电厂事故风险控制。实例测试结果表明,该系统可有效完成事故风险评估,准确获取电子标签信息的采集和识别,在合理的网络节点部署范围可全部接收信息传输字节,多任务执行的最大抖动范围在5~-4 ms,符合默认抖动范围,事故风险控制效果良好。 In order to control the accident risk of hydropower plant reliably and ensure the safe production of hydropower plant,an accident risk control system of hydropower plant based on binary decision diagram is designed.After the data security control,caching and filtering,the application layer generates the binary decision diagram based on the stored information data,evaluates the accident rate and risk importance of the data,stores the accident risk information in the accident risk database,and presents the results to the driver layer.The visualization and remote communication of accident risk are completed to realize the accident risk control of hydropower plant.The test results show that the system can effectively complete the accident risk assessment,accurately acquire the collection and identification of electronic tag information,in a reasonable range of network node deployment,it can receive all information transmission bytes,the maximum jitter range of multi task execution is between 5~-4 ms,which is in line with the default jitter range,and the accident risk control effect is good.
