能源控制器自动化检测及其关键技术设计

摘要 针对能源控制器检测系统不完善、检测误差较大、工作效率低下等问题,采用SX1276处理芯片实现检测数据的智能化采集,将复杂传感信息转化为可传输的电信号;采用ARM+DSP技术双控方式实现能源控制器状态检测,提高能源控制器数据信息检测能力,通过构建索贝尔(Sobel)算子模型,将检测到的能源控制器状态数据信息进行微观数学分析,将宏观数据量转换为微观数据量,提高了能源控制器的检测能力。试验表明,本研究检测方法的检测灵敏度较高,达148 dBm,准确性为99.3%,提高了能源控制器的自动化检测能力。 In view of the imperfect detection system of the energy controller,large detection errors,low work efficiency,etc.,the SX1276 processing chip is used to realize the intelligent collection of detection data.The complex sensor information is converted into transmittable electrical signals,and ARM+DSP technology is adopted.The dual-control method realizes the detection of the energy controller status and improves the detection ability of the energy controller data information.By constructing the Sobel operator model,the detected energy controller status data information is subjected to micro-mathematic analysis,and the macro data volume is converted.For the amount of micro data,the detection capability of the energy controller is improved.Experiments show that the detection sensitivity of the detection method is high,reaching 148 dBm,and the accuracy is 99.3%,which improves the automatic detection capability of the energy controller.
