摘要
当前医用耗材补货方法中人为因素干扰较大,补货主要依据是医用耗材的后置性需求,导致医用耗材补货成本偏高,提出基于局部加密非结构化网格的医院医用耗材自动补货方法。面对医用耗材补货差异问题,采用局部加密非结构化网格,生成多个小单元,描述医用耗材补货问题;设置医用耗材需求,设计库存、成本、运输能力约束条件;建立医院医用耗材自动补货模型,量化自动补货模型模糊值,实现医院医用耗材自动补货计算。模拟实验结果表明:提出的自动补货方法,相较此次实验选择的其他两组补货方法,补货量与实际需求量一致,所需补货耗时少,从而降低了医用耗材自动补货成本。
The current replenishment methods of medical consumables are greatly disturbed by human factors,which is mainly based on the post demand of medical consumables,resulting in the high replenishment cost of medical consumables.An automatic replenishment method of hospital medical consumables based on locally encrypted unstructured grid is proposed.Facing the problem of replenishment difference of medical consumables,a locally encrypted unstructured grid is used to generate multiple small cells to describe the replenishment problem of medical consumables.The method sets the demand for medical consumables,designs the constraints of inventory,cost and transportation capacity,establishesthe automatic replenishment model of hospital medical consumables,quantifies the fuzzy value of the automatic replenishment model,and realizes the automatic replenishment calculation of hospital medical consumables.The simulation experiment is designed.The experimental results show that compared with the other two groups of replenishment methods selected in this experiment,the replenishment quantity is consistent with the actual demand,and the replenishment time is less,which reduces the cost of automatic replenishment of medical consumables.
