软件工程专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养过程研究——以内蒙古工业大学为例

Research on the Cultivation Process of Practical and Innovation Ability for Master Graduates of Professional Degree Majoring in Software Engineering——Taking Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an Example

地方院校软件工程专业学位研究生培养过程中,学生普遍存在实践创新能力弱、社会适应力差、能力培养不平衡,以及难以满足企业与社会需求等问题。鉴于此,首先定义软件工程专业学位研究生实践创新能力要素构成,然后给出双循环的实践创新能力培养模型与专业实践课程闭环式教育过程,最后在2015-2019级学生中开展实践应用。通过对学生在读期间发表论文、授权发明专利与软件著作权,以及比赛获奖等数据分析,可以发现学生的实践创新能力得到明显提升;通过对2015-2021年研究生招生数据与2018-2021年毕业生就业数据分析发现,学位点与学校社会影响力正在逐年提高,学位点的办学实力正在逐年提升。

During the cultivation of master graduate of discipline majoring in software engineering in local colleges and universities,the prob⁃lems such as weak practical and innovation ability,poor social adaptability,unbalanced cultivation of students'ability,and difficult to meet the needs of enterprises and society exist.Therefore,firstly,define the elements of practical and innovation ability of master graduate of disci⁃pline majoring in software engineering,then puts forward the training process of double cycle practical and innovation ability,and finally fo⁃cuses on the closed-loop training of professional practical courses.Through the practical application of the 2015-2019 students,the data anal⁃ysis of the students'published papers,approved invention patents and software copyrights,and competition awards during their studies,it can be found that the students'practical innovation ability has been significantly improved;by analyzing the postgraduate enrollment data from 2015-2021 and the employment data of graduates from 2018-2021,it can be found that the degree site and the school's social influence are increasing year by year,and the school running strength of the degree site is improving year by year.
