乡村振兴视野下农村生活垃圾协同治理研究

Research on Rural Domestic Garbage Collaborative Governance under Vision of Rural Revitalization

环境治理在全球化发展的背景下成为各国关注的重要问题,而垃圾治理属于环境治理中的关键环节,在农村生活垃圾治理过程中各国政府都展开了深入的探索与研究,中国农村生活垃圾污染问题随着农村人口的增多愈演愈烈,需要研究农村生活垃圾治理方法。基于此,提出乡村振兴视野下农村生活垃圾协同治理研究方法。分析农村生活垃圾治理过程中存在的问题,主要体现在村民环保意识薄弱、工作落实难度高、垃圾基础设施覆盖率低和资金短缺等,最后,根据分析结果在乡村振兴视野下提出了农村生活垃圾协同治理策略。

In the context of globalization,environmental governance has become an important issue of concern to all countries with waste governance as a key link in environmental governance.In the process of rural domestic waste governance,governments of all countries have carried out in-depth exploration and research.The problem of rural domestic waste pollution in China has become increasingly serious with the increase of rural population,and it is necessary to study the rural domestic waste governance methods.Based on this,the research method of collaborative treatment of rural domestic waste in the perspective of rural revitalization is proposed.It analyzes the problems existing in the process of rural domestic waste treatment,which are mainly reflected in the weak environmental awareness of villagers,the high difficulty in implementing the work,the low coverage of waste infrastructure and the shortage of funds.It finally puts forward the cooperative treatment strategy of rural domestic waste in the perspective of rural revitalization according to the analysis results.
