摘要
采用生物转鼓过滤反应器(RDB)处理模拟氮氧化物(NO_(x))废气,实验结果表明,生物转鼓的启动挂膜需25~35天,填料中生物相群落结构占优势的为变形菌门、拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门。小试实验阶段,在NO_(x)进气浓度小于800 mg/m 3时,生物转鼓脱硝效率高于90%,其中在NO_(x)进气浓度为385 mg/m 3时,NO_(x)去除率高达96%。NO_(x)进气浓度为1000 mg/m 3时,生物转鼓中的生物相去除负荷达到饱和,此时营养液中的NO-3最大去除负荷为45 mg/(L·h)。小试实验表明,RDB对净化较高浓度NO_(x)废气时有较好的去除率和去除负荷,具有较大应用前景。
The rotating drum biofiter(RDB)was used to treat the simulated NO_(x) waste gas.The experimental results showed that the starting and film hanging of RDB take about 25~35 days.The dominant bacteria of denitration at the gate level were Proteus,Bacteroides and Firmicutes.In the lab-scale test stage,the denitration efficiency of RDB was higher than 90%when the NO_(x) inlet concentration less than 800 mg/m 3,and the NO_(x)removal efficiency was as high as 96%when the inlet concentration was 385 mg/m 3.When the NO_(x) inlet concentration was 1000 mg/m 3,the biological phase removal load in the biological drum reached saturation,and the maximum NO-3removal load in the nutrient solution was 45 mg/(L·h).The lab-scale test showed that RDB has a good removal efficiency and removal load for the purification of high concentration NO_(x)waste gas,and has a great application prospect.
