摘要
为研究生物质炭对土壤有机污染的修复效果,在不同热解温度与时间的条件下,分析小麦秸秆材料基本理化性质、有机污染物吸附量、得炭率、灰分、pH值、碳氢氮元素的变化,确定小麦秸秆材料在650℃温度下、热解7 h制作的生物炭性能最佳。使用此条件下制备的小麦秸秆生物炭,修复石油烃含量为20000 mg·g^(-1)的石油污染土壤,分析污染物去除率、土壤酶活性变化。研究结果显示:所制备小麦秸秆生物炭修复下,土壤石油烃有机污染物质的去除率超过80%,且土壤脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性均得到提升,对土壤生态功能存在调节作用。
In order to study the remediation effect of biochar on soil organic pollution,this paper analyzed the basic physical and chemical properties of wheat straw material,the adsorption amount of organic pollutants,the carbon yield,ash content,pH value,and the changes of hydrocarbon and nitrogen elements under the conditions of different pyrolysis temperature and time.It was determined that the biochar made from wheat straw material at 650℃for 7 hours had the best performance.The wheat straw biochar prepared under this condition was used to repair the oil-contaminated soil with petroleum hydrocarbon content of 20000 mg·g^(-1),and the pollutant removal rate and soil enzyme activity were analyzed.The results showed that under the remediation of wheat straw biochar,the removal rate of organic pollutants of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil was more than 80%.The activities of soil dehydrogenase,catalase and polyphenol oxidase were improved,which had a regulatory effect on soil ecological function.
