重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同影响因素研究

摘要 知识协同是提升重大基础设施工程应急决策水平的关键支撑。为了探究重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同影响因素,首先从流程视角清晰地建立了重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同过程模型;其次从知识协同动力、知识协同主体、知识资源等五个维度构建了重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同影响因素体系;最后采用AHP识别出重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同的关键影响因素。研究成果可以作为重大基础设施工程应急决策知识协同效率和效果提升的重要参考。 Knowledge collaboration is a key support for improving the emergency decision level of major infrastructure projects.To explore the influencing factors of knowledge collaboration in major infrastructure projects emergency decision,firstly a process model for knowledge collaboration in emergency decision for major infrastructure projects is clearly established from a process perspective.Secondly,a system of influencing factors for knowledge collaboration in emergency decision of major infrastructure projects is constructed from five dimensions:knowledge collaboration driving force,knowledge collaboration subject,knowledge resources,etc.Finally,AHP is applied to identify the key influencing factors for the knowledge collaboration in major infrastructure projects emergency decision.The research results can serve as an important reference for improving the knowledge collaborative efficiency and effectiveness of major infrastructure projects emergency decision.
