上跨既有线连续梁转体施工关键技术

摘要 随着经济社会的发展,上跨铁路营业线复杂环境下的连续梁多采用转体施工技术。本文依托新建铁路项目某特大桥连续梁转体施工项目,通过方案论证、转体结构设计、现场试验、现场施工进行合理规划及对转体施工各项工艺进行严格把控等一系列措施,有效缩短了转体施工工期,大大降低了对周边交通线路的影响,确保了铁路及公路运行安全,同时转体后合龙精度也满足有关要求,保证了梁体线性和外观质量,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 With the development of economy and society,the continuous beam under the complex environment of overlying railway business lines mostly adopts the swivel construction technology.This article relies on a new railway project,the continuous beam swing construction project of a super large bridge.Through a series of measures such as scheme demonstration,swing structure design,on-site testing,reasonable planning of on-site construction,and strict control of various processes of swing construction,it effectively shortens the construction period of swing construction,greatly reduces the impact on surrounding traffic lines,ensures the safety of railway and highway operations,and meets relevant requirements for the accuracy of closing after swing.It ensures the linearity and appearance quality of the beam body and can provide reference for similar projects.
