摘要
随着大量钢结构桥梁的建设应用,作为常规钢结构钢箱梁在日常的交通设施中普遍取得应用,随之钢箱梁的拆除也是基础交通设施建设进一步完善必须面临的拦路虎。本文依托上海市闵嘉高速漕宝路互通立交钢箱梁拆除工程,在拆除钢箱梁临近既有铁路运营线、上跨既有河道、临近既有运营嘉敏高架桥等复杂条件下采用整体拆除落地、再解体外运的施工技术进行总结提炼。
With the construction and application of a large number of steel structure bridges,conventional steel box girders have been widely used in daily transportation facilities.As a result,the dismantling of steel box girders is also a roadblock that must be faced in the further improvement of basic transportation infrastructure construction.This article is based on the demolition project of the steel box girder of the Caobao Road Interchange on the Minjia Expressway in Shanghai.Under complex conditions such as the demolition of the steel box girder near the existing railway operation line,crossing the existing river channel,and adjacent to the existing Jiamin Viaduct,the construction technology of overall demolition and landing,followed by disassembly and transportation,is summarized and refined.
