摘要 本文主要介绍了在棘洪滩街道棘洪滩村棚户区改造(地块F/G)项目施工中,由于该项目结构基坑较深且周边地质软弱较为复杂,为确保施工安全,需对基坑进行支护。由于基坑支护范围较大,基坑深度及地质状况也存在差异,若采用单一支护形式,不但施工措施费用较高,而且支护效果也不理想,为此项目部对基坑支护方案进行优化,采用钢管桩加全粘结锚杆的支护型式,该举措不但使得基坑周边位移和沉降值始终控制在规定范围内,大大提高了基坑支护的安全性,而且部分支护材料还可回收利用,提高了材料的周转使用率,降低了施工措施费用,提高了施工进度。该深基坑组合支护结构也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This article mainly introduces the construction of the Jihongtan Street Jihongtan Village Shantytown Reconstruction(Lot F/G)project.Due to the relatively large structural foundation pit and the relatively complex surrounding geological weakness,in order to ensure construction safety,it is necessary to support the foundation pit.Due to the large scope of foundation pit support,there are also differences in the depth and geological conditions of the foundation pit.If a single support form is used,not only the construction cost is high,but also the support effect is not ideal.Therefore,the project department has optimized the foundation pit support scheme,using the support type of steel pipe piles and fully bonded anchor rods.This measure not only greatly improves the safety of foundation pit support,but also allows some support materials to be recycled,The turnover utilization rate of materials has been improved,the cost of construction measures has been reduced,and the construction progress has been improved.The combined support structure of deep foundation pit also provides reference for similar construction in the future.
