改进麻花钻切削角度实现孔的精加工研究

摘要 把两个以上的零件用螺钉、铆钉、销等不同方法连接起来,首先要在零件上钻出各种不同的孔,因此钻孔在工业生产中是一项很重要的工作。通过多年的实践和总结,针对钻削不同精度要求的孔,对麻花钻切削角度的刃磨方法进行了创新,磨制出加工精密孔的钻头,在模具、夹具、样板及高精度零部件的加工中进行了应用,效果显著,大幅提升生产效率及加工质量,经测算平均提高效率5倍,成功地将机械加工中粗加工工序钻孔实现了精细化,大幅提升了钻孔精度,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。 To connect more than two parts with different methods such as screws,rivets,pins,etc.,it is necessary to drill different holes in the parts first,so drilling is a very important work in industrial production.Through years of practice and summary,aiming at drilling holes with different accuracy requirements,the method of sharpening the cutting angle of the twist drill was innovated,and the drill bit for machining precision holes was ground,which was applied in the processing of molds,fixtures,templates and high-precision parts.The effect was significant and greatly improved the production efficiency and processing quality.Besides,the average efficiency was increased by 5 times through calculation.The innovation successfully refined the drilling of rough machining process,greatly improved the drilling accuracy and achieved good economic and social benefits.
