摘要
针对工艺设计及生产加工中提升质量与效率的需求,采用数字化工艺设计技术、工艺设计制造集成技术,以大师工作室为参数优化主体,开展全三维数字化加工参数优化应用技术研究,建立三维工艺设计与制造一体化集成模式,实现数字化工艺的现场发布,形成交互式的浏览、查看方式,更好地指导现场生产制造。
To meet the needs of improving quality and efficiency in process design and production,digital process design technology and integrated process design and manufacturing technology are adopted.With the master studio as the main body of parameter optimization,the research on the application technology of parameter optimization of full three-dimensional digital processing is carried out,and an integrated model of three-dimensional process design and manufacturing is established to realize the on-site release of digital process,form an interactive browsing and viewing way,and better guide the on-site production.
