精密划线钻孔在模具装调中的应用研究

摘要 冲压模具制造技术已成为衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要标志。在模具的设计与制造中,钻孔是模具制造中常用的加工方法,也是模具加工时必不可少的步骤,孔位精度和孔距精度是否偏差,对模具的装配质量起着关键性作用。经过多年的生产和大赛经验,通过使用精密划线钻孔法完成各个孔位的加工,大幅提高了模具加工整体质量,确保了模具的快捷安装,大幅提升生产效率,可在模具制造生产中推广使用,具有较高的经济和社会效益。 stamping die manufacturing technology has become an important symbol to measure the manufacturing level of a country.In the mold design and manufacturing,drilling is a common processing method in mold manufacturing,and it is also an essential step in mold processing.The deviation of hole position precision and hole distance precision plays a key role in mold assembly quality.Based on the years of experience of production and competition,it is found that the use of precision marking and drilling method to complete the processing of each hole position can improve the overall quality of mold processing,ensure the rapid installation of mold,and promote the production efficiency,which can be popularized in mold manufacturing,and have high economic and social value.
