大功率传动箱端盖螺栓拧紧力矩控制方法研究

摘要 液力机械传动箱是世界履带传动装置的发展潮流,具有集成化高、功能齐全,传动功率大等特点。实际生产过程中,创新工艺流程及操作方法,制定合理有效控制传动箱端盖紧固螺栓拧紧力矩的操作工艺,确定出各螺栓拧紧顺序和方法,解决液力机械传动箱两端盖各螺栓拧紧力矩不均,造成液力机械传动箱端盖与传动箱结合处漏油的难题,使液力机械传动箱稳定达到工艺要求,且保证各螺栓拧紧力矩均匀、稳定,取得了较好的经济效益。 Hydro mechanical transmission case is the development trend of track transmission in the world.It has the characteristics of high integration,complete functions and large transmission power.In the actual production process,the hydraulic mechanical transmission box can meet the process requirements,and the tightening torque of each bolt is uniform and stable by innovating the process flow and operation method,making reasonable and effective operation process to control the tightening torque of the tightening bolts on the end cover of the transmission case,determining the tightening sequence and method and solving the problems of the uneven tightening torque of each bolt and oil leakage at the joint of the end cover of the hydro mechanical transmission case,which has achieved good economic and social value.
