Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode,which is the combination of traditional apprenticeship and vocational education.Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit in the practice of modern apprenticeship is the inevitable result of responding to the needs of industrial development in the new era,promoting the return of vocational education to its essence and satisfying the development of talents themselves.Only by deeply grasping the internal mechanism of craftsman spirit embedding into modern apprenticeship system and clarifying the relationship between modern apprenticeship system and craftsmanship spirit,can we play the synergistic role of school and enterprise,and seek the best way to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of middle and higher vocational students in modern apprenticeship system.
