摘要
针对非本征型光纤法布里珀罗干涉(简称EFPI)传感器的动态解调,提出一种基于可调谐激光器的时分三波长解调方案。基于可调谐激光器波长切换速度快、调谐范围宽的优点,采用波长切换的方式来代替传统的3台激光器,简化了解调系统。实验结果表明,解调方案的最大非线性误差为2.3%,解调速度为78 kHz。该解调技术具有系统简单紧凑、成本低、速度快等优点,在动态信号测量领域具有一定应用价值。
A time-division three-wavelength demodulation scheme based on tunable laser is studied for dynamic demodulation of non-intrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot interference(EFPI)sensor.Based on the advantages of fast wavelength switching and wide tuning range,the tunable laser is replaced by the traditional three lasers by the way of wavelength switching,which simplifies the tuning system.The experiment results show that the maximum nonlinear error of the demodulation scheme is 2.3%.The demodulation speed of the demodulation system is 78 kHz.The demodulation technique has the advantages of simple and compact system,low cost and high speed,and has certain application value in the field of dynamic signal measurement.
