5%大蒜素微乳剂与2%春雷霉素复配对柑橘溃疡病的田间药效试验

Field Efficacy of mixtures of 5%Allicin Microemulsion and 2%Kasugamycin against Citrus Canker

[目的]明确植物源农药5%大蒜素微乳剂复配化学农药2%春雷霉素对柑橘溃疡病在田间使用时的减量增效作用,从而指导生产应用。[方法]依照杀菌剂田间药效试验准则进行田间药效试验。[结果] 2%春雷霉素单用对柑橘溃疡病的防效为50.82%,5%大蒜素微乳剂单用可达到2%春雷霉素的防治效果,当两者复配后对柑橘溃疡病防效为81.96%,同时减少2%春雷霉素用量约50%,对柑橘无药害,对环境更加友好。[结论]5%大蒜素微乳剂与2%春雷霉素复配有一定的减量增效作用。

【Aims】This study aims to clarify the synergistic effect and consumption reduction of mixtures of 5%allicin microemulsion and 2%kasugamycin against citrus canker,guiding the application in field production.【Methods】Field trials were conducted according to the guidelines for field efficacy trials.【Results】The control effect of 2%kasugamycin was 50.82%and 5%allicin microemulsion can achieve the control effect of 2%kasugamycin.The synergistic effect of the two agents against citrus canker was 81.96%,which allowed about 50%reduction of the dosage of 2%kasugamycin,and was harmless to citrus and more environment friendly.【Conclusions】Addition of 5%allicin microemulsion can reduce the dosage and increase the efficiency of 2%kasugamycin against citrus canker.
