污泥干化过程氨气释放规律研究

摘要 污泥碱式稳定干化是一种应用广泛的污泥处理处置方法,但石灰稳定化污泥在贮存和运输过程中会不断释放氨气,引起环境污染问题。因此,以石灰作为污泥稳定化添加剂,通过测定污泥稳定化过程中所产生的氨气总量,探讨温度及石灰添加比例对污泥释放氨气过程的影响,初步阐明石灰对氨气释放的作用机制。结果表明,相同温度下,石灰添加比例的增加对污泥氨气释放有促进作用,但效果不明显;相同石灰添加比例下,温度的升高对污泥氨气释放有十分明显的促进作用,说明温度对污泥氨气释放的影响强于石灰。该研究结果为污泥石灰干化后氨气的回收利用提供了参考。 Sludge Alkaline stabilized sludge drying has been widely used for disposal of sludge.But that lime stabilization sludge continuously releases ammonia during the storage and transportation will cause environmental pollution.Therefore,lime is as an additive.The effects of temperature and lime addition proportion on ammonia release were discussed and the action mechanisms of lime on ammonia release were initially explored.The result indicates the increase of lime addition proportion will improve ammonia release of the sludge,but the effect is not obvious;With the same lime addition proportion,the rise of temperature will obviously improve the ammonia release of the sludge.In summary,the influence of temperature on the ammonia release of the sludge is more than lime.The study provides reference for the ammonia recovery after the sludge lime drying.
