机采系统节能技术深化研究与应用

Further research and application of energy conservation technology in machine mining system

摘要 油田开采后期,抽油机井产液量降低,其系统效率随之降低,导致耗能逐渐增加。为了增强市场竞争能力,运用数学模型对系统效率、电动机负载率、电动机固有功率因数以及抽油机单耗等数据进行分析,运用机械调速对抽油机进行针对性改造,解决了抽油机系统耗能高,即节能参数综合合格率仅为15%的行业难题,提高电动机固有功率因数到0.4以上,抽油机单耗降低25%以上,单井日平均节电量50 kWh,5口井实施后年创效益11.8万元,投资回收期1.69 a,对油田提质增效和降低生产成本具备重要的作用。 In the later stages of oilfield exploitation,the pumping unit wells produced less fluid is reduced with the system efficiency decreasing,which leads to gradually increasing energy consumption.In order to enhance market competition ability,the mathematical models are used to analyse data on system efficiency,the motor load rate,inherent power factor of the motor,and pumping unit consumption.The high energy consumption of the pumping unit system has been solved by using mechanical speed control to make targeted transformation.That's to say,it is solved the industry issues that the comprehensive pass rate of energy conservation parameters is only 15%,which increases the inherent power factor of the motor by above 0.4.Especially,the pumping unit consumption is reduced by more than 25%,and the average daily energy conservation for a single well is 50 kWh,generating an annual benefit of 118000 yuan after the implementation of five wells.The payback period of investment is 1.69 years,which plays an importance role in improving the quality and efficiency of the oilfield and reducing the production cost.
