摘要
某油田外围产能区块的油井产液量低、井数较少、周边无已建设施依托,双管掺水集油工艺和环状掺水集油工艺不再适用,拉油成为首选的集输工艺。以某低产能区块为研究对象,探索不同电加热集输方式的特点及适用范围,并且根据该区块的井位特点,综合对比不同拉油集输工艺的投资、能耗及适用性,进一步明确研究区块适用的集输工艺,可有效降低投资成本及生产能耗。对油田其他低产能区块集输工艺的选择有着重要的借鉴意义。
In the peripheral productive block of an oilfield,the double-pipe water-mixing and oilgathering process and annular water-mixing and oil-gathering process are no longer applicable with low well fluid production,less wells and no established facilities in the vicinity.The gathering process with pulling oil becomes the first choice.Taking a low production block as the research object,it is necessary to explore the characteristics and applicable scope of different electric heating gathering and transportation modes,and according to the well location characteristics of the block,the investment,energy consumption and applicability of different oil pulling gathering and transportation technologies are comprehensively compared.Besides,the the applicable gathering and transportation process for the block can be further clarified and studied,which can effectively reduce the investment and the energy consumption of production and can have important reference significance for the selection of gathering and transportation technology in other low production blocks.
