高含水老油田原油集输系统智能运行的探讨分析 被引量:2

摘要 大庆油田油气生产综合能耗50%集中在转油站集输系统中,虽然在高含水开发阶段大规模开展低温集输技术,节气降电效果显著,但管理手段主要以季节制定掺水温度、手动控制方式为主。为进一步挖潜原油集输系统节能空间,在适时开展系统优化调整、简化工艺,提高开发效益的基础上,大力推广数字化建设,通过数字化建设,实时采集生产数据,修正工艺模型,拟合最优化运行参数,建立集输系统能效模型,指导集输系统低耗生产,从而深度挖掘节能潜力、精细化生产,实现原油集输系统智能化管控。 The fifty percent of comprehensive energy consumption of oil and gas production in Daqing oilfield,is concentrated in the gathering and transporting system of the transfer stations.In the high water bearing development stage,there is a remarkable effect of gas and power reduction by lowtemperature gathering and transporting technology in large scale,but the management tools are mainly based on the water mixing temperature with seasonal formulation and manual control methods.To further explore the energy conservation space in the crude oil gathering and transporting,on the basis of timely system optimization and adjustment,process simplification and improvement of development efficiency,the digital construction is vigorously promoted.By the digital construction,collecting the operating data with real-time,modifying the process model,matching the most optimal operating parameters,establishing energy efficient model of gathering and transporting system and guiding low consumption production in the gathering system deeply explore the potential for energy conservation and fine production,which achieves the intelligent control of crude oil gathering and transporting system.
