摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,元宇宙概念的提出和演变,都对S-OJT产生了深刻的影响,SOJT呈现出新的变化。本文通过与高校传统S-OJT的比较,总结出了互联网+背景下高校S-OJT表现为通用性和主动学习等新特点,并提出下一步研究方向应关注S-OJT在培训内容、培训流程和培训方法等方面的具体变化。
With the development of Internet technology,the proposal and evolution of the concept of metaverse have had a profound impact on S-OJT,which displays new changes.By comparing with the traditional S-OJT in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the new characteristics of S-OJT in colleges and universities such as universality and active learning under the background of Internet+.This paper proposes that researchers should pay attention to the specific changes of S-OJT in the aspects of training content,training process and training methods.
