摘要 电力建设场景中,安监人员现场执规的传统安全监察模式存在实时性差、监察力度不足等问题。提出一种基于云边端协同技术的电力安全管控系统,该系统由“一平台、一中心、一终端”构成。首先,该系统使用基于边缘计算技术的“反违章天眼”终端,在完成数据实时采集的同时,通过内置边缘计算平台实现违章行为实时自动感知与就地告警等功能,极大降低了作业现场管理人员的工作量。其次,该系统建立了线上管控平台与线下管控中心,并通过云边端协同技术实现信息联动,大幅提升了系统的实时性与交互性。最后,介绍了该系统根据不同应用场景进行针对性功能拓展,已落地应用于配电网作业现场、变电站等实际场景,有效提升了作业现场安全风险管控的智慧化、精益化管理水平。 In the scene of power construction,the traditional safety monitoring model of security supervisors has problems such as poor real-time safety monitoring models and insufficient supervision efforts.This article proposes the power safety management and control system based on the cloud-edge-device collaborative technology,which is composed of"one platform,one center,one terminal".First of all,the system uses the"anti-violation Tian yan"terminal based on edge computing technology.It has realized the real-time automatic perception of illegal acts and the alarm of the site through the built-in edge computing platform while completing the real-time collection platform,which greatly reduces the workload of the management personnel at the work site;secondly,the system establishes an online management and control platform and an offline management and control center,and realizes information linkage through cloud-edge-device collaborative technology to greatly enhance the real-time and interaction of the system.Finally,it introduces that this system can expand targeted functional function according to different application scenarios,and it has been applied to actual scenarios such as the operation site of the power distribution network and the substation,etc.,effectively improving the intelligent and lean management level of the safety risk control and control of the operation site.
