产业协同集聚对区域绿色创新效率的影响 被引量:7

摘要 基于创新价值链理论,文章将绿色创新划分为绿色创新研发与绿色创新成果转化两个阶段,在对2011—2019年中国30个省份绿色创新效率测算的基础上,实证检验了制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚对区域绿色创新各阶段及整体效率的影响。结果表明:我国绿色创新效率呈缓慢波动上升趋势,仍具有较大的提升空间,区域间绿色创新效率差异显著,整体呈东高西低的态势,多数省份重研发、轻转化;制造业与生产性服务业的协同集聚有助于绿色创新成果转化效率与整体效率的提升,但对绿色创新研发效率的作用并不显著;进一步研究发现,两者的协同集聚不利于东部地区绿色创新研发,但对中西部地区绿色创新成果转化具有正向作用。 Based on the innovation value chain theory,green innovation is divided into two stages:green innovation R&D(GIRD)and green innovation achievement transformation(GIAT).Based on the calculation of the green innovation efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the impact of the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services on regional green innovation efficiency of overall and each stage.The results show that China′s green innovation efficiency increases slowly and fluctuates slightly,and has a large space for improvement.There are significant differences between regions in green innovation efficiency,and the overall efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of the western region.Most provinces pay more attention to GIRD than GIAT;the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services contributes to the GIAT and overall efficiency of green innovation,but does not significantly influence the GIRD;further research shows that industrial collaborative agglomeration is not conducive to the efficiency improvement of GIRD in eastern China,but has a positive effect on the efficiency of GIAT in central and western China.
