衬砌管片水养pH值及水位调节系统研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统盾构隧道衬砌管片水养pH值及水位检测方法已无法满足越来越高的生产需求与施工建设要求。本文研制一种全自动、智能化pH值及水位调节系统,并成功应用于多项工程实践。该系统可满足衬砌管片水养pH值、水温及水位检测需求,并显著提高管片水养池的pH值、水温及水位检测效率和检测精度,实现自动调节水养池液位,自动化、智能化检测水养池pH值、水位及水温,检测成果可自动上传至生产管理平台,对管片水养质量进行跟踪管理,提高了管片水养自动化水平,有利于加强衬砌管片生产质量的控制。 The traditional detection methods of pH value and water level of shield tunnel lining segment hydroponics can no longer meet the increasingly high production demand and construction requirements.In this paper,an automatic and intelligent pH value and water level regulation system is developed and applied to many engineering practices.The system can satisfy the detection demand of pH value,water temperature and water level of lining segment hydroponics,significantly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of pH value,water temperature and water level of segment yard,realize the automatic adjustment of water level of lining segment hydroponics pool,automatically and intelligently monitor the pH value,water level and water temperature of hydroponics pool,and the detection results can be automatically uploaded to the production management platform to track and manage the quality of segment hydroponics,which improves the automation level of segment hydroponics and is beneficial to strengthen the control of production quality of lining segment.
