狭小空间盾构机脱壳拆解技术研究

摘要 盾构机拆解是盾构掘进施工一个重要环节,而在狭小空间下盾构施工作业,尤其是狭小空间下的盾构机脱壳拆解更具挑战性。本文以北京某地铁隧道项目土压平衡盾构机脱壳拆解为例,针对狭小空间盾构机拆解施工,提出一种盾构机脱壳拆解新型施工方法。该施工工法无需借助大型起吊设备即可完成洞内拆解施工,对施工场地环境影响小,减少了设备、材料和人员消耗,具有良好社会效益和经济效益,可为相似工程提供参考和借鉴。 The disassembly of shield machine is an important part of shield tunneling construction,and the shield construction operation in narrow space,especially the shell disassembly of shield machine in narrow space,is a challenge to the project.Taking the dismantling of the earth pressure balance shield machine for a subway tunnel project in Beijing as an example,this paper proposes a new construction method for the dismantling of the shield machine in a narrow space.The construction method can complete the dismantling construction in the tunnel without the help of large lifting equipment,which has little environmental impact on the construction site,reduces the consumption of equipment,materials and personnel,and has good social and economic benefits.It can provide a reference for the subsequent similar projects.
