铁路运营隧道下锚段严重缺陷整治措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 铁路隧道衬砌缺陷与病害在运营“天窗”内整治其作业时间和空间极其有限,且下锚段因存放接触网补偿装置而不能随意占用其空间,故对下锚段衬砌缺陷进行整治相比正常段难度更大。本文以西南某铁路隧道洞身标1611~1615处下锚段拱部存在严重质量缺陷为研究对象,通过资料调研、工程类比、数值模拟及现场实施等手段,开展下锚段严重质量缺陷整治措施研究。基于充分利用铁路隧道下锚段放大断面的特点,提出解决拱部大范围缺陷所致运营安全隐患的局部套衬整治方案;结构受力分析验证了局部套衬整治方案的安全性和可行性。局部套衬方案的实施,彻底解决了下锚段严重质量缺陷及其带来的运营安全隐患,可为铁路隧道下锚段衬砌缺陷或病害整治提供指导及借鉴。 The working time and space for repairing the defects and diseases of railway tunnel lining are extremely limited in the operating“Skylight”,and the space of the lower anchorage section can not be occupied arbitrarily because of the catenary compensation device.Therefore,it is more difficult to regulate the lining defects of the lower anchorage section than that of the normal section.In this paper,the serious quality defects in the arch of the lower anchorage section of a railway tunnel body mark 1611~1615 in southwest China were studied by means of data investigation,engineering analogy,numerical simulation and field implementation,the treatment measures for serious quality defects in the lower anchorage section were studied.Based on fully utilizing the characteristics of the enlarged section of the lower anchorage section of the railway tunnel,the local lining regulation scheme is put forward to solve the hidden trouble of the operation safety caused by the large-scale defects of the arch section;the safety and feasibility of the local lining regulation scheme are proved by the structural stress analysis,and the serious quality defects of the lower anchorage section and the hidden trouble of operation safety are completely solved by the implementation of the scheme.The scheme can provide guidance and reference for the regulation of lining defects or diseases in the lower anchorage section of the railway tunnel.
