市域(郊)铁路列控系统功能需求与构想

摘要 市域(郊)铁路可以缩短城市时空距离,引导中心城区人员疏散,缓解中心城区交通压力。本文基于列控系统技术研究成果,阐述市域(郊)铁路列控系统功能需求,提出一种新型列控系统技术方案(STCS)。该方案融合了国铁CTCS和城市轨道交通ATC技术体系,由网络化调度系统、列控及临时限速、增强型联锁、增强型车载控制VOBC、DCS、应答器/LEU、监测等系统组成。VOBC可依据实际采取融合车载或独立配置双套车载方案,具有可跨线灵活运营高效、交路车站自动折返、互联互通、节省土建投资等特点,可供市域铁路列控系统方案参考。 Urban(suburban)railways can shorten the time and space distance of the city,guide the evacuation of people in the central urban area,and relieve the taffic pressure in the central urban area.Afer studying the technical scheme of train control system,this paper expounded the functional requirements of urban(suburban)railway train control system,and proposed a new train control system technical scheme(STCS).The scheme integrates the CTCS of China Railway and ATC technology system of urban rail transit,and oonsists of networked scheduling system,train control and temporary speed limit,enhanced interocking,enhanced on-boand control VOBC,DCS,transponder/LEU,monitoring and oher systems.V0BC can adopt a oowerged on-board or independently cofigured double-set on-board solution acording to the actual situation,which has.the characteristics of cross-line and flexible and fficient operation,automatic switchback of interchange stations,interonnection,and saving civil investment,which can be used as a reference for the urban railway train control system scheme.
