论高校农业综合试验站在乡村振兴中的地位和作用——以安徽农业大学农业综合试验站为例

On the Status and Role of the College Comprehensive Agricultural Experiment Station in Rural Revitalization:Taking the Station of Anhui Agricultural University as an Example

高校农业综合试验站作为高校服务地方的桥梁和纽带,在产业振兴、技术推广、人才振兴、文化振兴、组织振兴等方面做出了突出贡献。具体表现为:试验站是推动产业振兴的重要载体、是助力人才振兴的重要阵地、是区域乡村治理的重要基地。综合试验站的建设不仅有效破解了区域乡村振兴过程中人才资源短缺、产业发展乏力、农业技术落后、制度体系不健全等难题,并且进一步解决了新农科人才培养中存在的一系列难题,在服务乡村振兴战略中取得了较为显著的阶段性成效。安徽农业大学农业综合试验站的实践探索对于服务现代“三农”发展,赋能乡村振兴起到了显著作用。

As a bridge and link for colleges and universities to serve the local area,the college comprehensive agricultural experiment station has made outstanding contributions to the industrial revitalization,technology popularization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization and organizational revitalization,for the station is an important supporter for industrial revitalization,an important base for talent revitalization,and an important foundation for regional rural governance.The construction of the station not only effectively solves the problems in the process of regional rural revitalization,such as insufficient human resources,slow industrial development,backward agricultural technology and imperfect system,but also further solves a series of problems in the cultivation of new agricultural talents,and has achieved remarkable results in advancing rural revitalization.The practical exploration of the comprehensive agricultural experiment station of Anhui Agricultural University has played a significant role in promoting the development of modern agriculture,rural areas and farmers and empowering rural revitalization.
