碱式磷酸氢钴双功能电催化剂及其在可充电锌-空气电池中的应用

摘要 具有高效和长循环的空气正极对构建高性能的可充电锌-空气电池(ZABs)至关重要。在此,首次采用水油两相水热合成方法,成功制备了一种双功能氧电催化剂Co_(3)(OH)_(2)(HPO_(4))_(2)(Co-OH-HPi)。研究表明:Co-OH-HPi电催化剂具有较大比表面积和Co(Ⅲ)活性位点,展示出优异的ORR/OER双功能电催化性能。将该材料作为空气正极组装成ZABs后,具有较小的双功能氧电催化剂电势间隙(ΔE=0.81 V),1.42 V的高开路电压,在10 mA·cm^(-2)电流密度下816 mAh·gZn^(-1)的大放电比容量和150 mW·cm^(-2)的高峰功率密度。该研究提供了一种新颖的策略来合成优异的双功能电催化剂并应用于先进的锌-空气电池。 High-efficient and long-cycle air cathodes are crucial for the development of high performance rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,a bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst Co_(3)(OH)_(2)(HPO_(4))_(2)(Co-OH-HPi)was successfully prepared by a novel water-oil two-phase hydrothermal method for the first time.Results show that Co-OH-HPi electrocatalyst has a large specific surface area and many Co(Ⅲ)active sites,which shows excellent ORR/OER bifunctional electrocatalysis performances.ZABs assembled with Co-OHHPi have a small oxygen electrocatalyst potential gap(ΔE=0.81 V),a high open circuit voltage of 1.42 V,a large discharge specific capacity of 816 mAh·gZn^(-1) at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a super high peak power density of 150 mW·cm^(-2).This work offers a novel strategy to synthesize excellent bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for advanced zinc-air batteries.
