深入学习党的二十大和中央民族工作会议精神,全面贯彻习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,大力弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神,推进新时代青海民族工作高质量发展。紧扣铸牢中华民族共同体意识这条主线,立足“三个赋予”的重大要求,加强党对民族工作的领导、建设中华民族共有精神家园、坚定不移推动共同富裕、持续深化民族团结进步创建、努力促进交往交流交融,是把中央精神贯彻到青海实践的目标任务和关键举措。

Thoroughly study the spirit of the Party’s 20th National Congress and the Central Conference on Ethnic Work,and fully implement the important thoughts of the General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening and improving ethnic work,with focusing on building a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation as a principal line to vigorously carry forward the national spirit centered on patriotism and the spirit of The Times centered on reform and innovation,and to promote the high-quality development of ethnic work in Qinghai in the new era.Keeping to the main line of forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation,basing on the major requirements of the“three grants”,strengthening the Party’s leadership over ethnic work,building a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation,unswervingly promoting common prosperity,constantly deepening ethnic unity and progress,accelerating ethnic association,communication and blending are the goals,tasks and key measures to transform the spirit of the central government into the practice of Qinghai Province.
