On Modern Translation Ethics

翻译伦理由法国翻译家安托瓦纳•贝尔曼于上世纪80年代提出,不仅在国外翻译学界产生重要影响,在国内也受到了广泛关注。翻译伦理需要综合考虑翻译主体的价值取向、翻译行为规范和译作规范,属于伦理范畴。在藏族翻译学中没有翻译伦理的专门研究,但是藏族翻译理论中具有大量译者品质方面的研究,从中可以透视出藏族翻译学对于翻译伦理的重视性。

Translation ethics was put forward by Antoine Berman,a French translator,in the 1980s.It has not only exerted an important influence on the field of translation abroad,but also attracted wide attention in China.Translation ethics,which belongs to the ethical category,requires a comprehensive consideration of the value orientation of translation subjects,norms of translation behavior and translation works.There is no special study on translation ethics in Tibetan translation theories,but there are a lot of researches on translator quality in it,from which we can see the importance that Tibetan translation studies attach to translation ethics.
