高职院校通信专业“岗课赛”融通体系建设的实践与研究

摘要 5G通信的行业更新,对高职院校课程技能体系随产业转型升级提出了新的要求。通过引入“5G全网建设”职业大赛,将校企进行有目的性的有机结合,以解决院校新技术融入和企业高技术人才需求的问题。基于此,文章从人才培养设计层、课程技能平台层和应用层三个层面设计“岗课赛”融通体系架构,强化“岗课赛”融通的通信技术教学内容重构。在教学实施过程中,积极实现“岗课赛”深度融合的同时,注重项目模块化实训双师指导,以及职场化实训内容,以提升学生职业能力,从而对接高技术人才的培育与输出。 The industry update of 5G communication has put forward new requirements for the curriculum and skill system of vocational colleges to upgrade with the industrial transformation.By introducing the"5G Full Network Construction"professional competition,we aim to organically integrate schools and enterprises in a purposeful manner,in order to solve the problems of integrating new technologies into universities and the demand for high-tech talents in enterprises.Based on this,the article designs the integration system architecture of"post course competition"from three levels:talent cultivation design layer,course skill platform layer,and application layer,and strengthens the reconstruction of communication technology teaching content far the integration of"post course competition".In the process of teaching implementation,while actively implementing the deep integration of"past course competition",we also pay attention to the guidance of project modularization and dual teacher training,as well as the content of workplace training,in order to enhance students'professional abilities and connect with the cultivation and output of high-tech talents.
