《夷坚志》是南宋文学家、史学家洪迈所编的一部志怪小说集,其题材广泛,重视细节的真实度,展现了这一时期社会生活的方方面面。文章立足于《夷坚志》的医疗叙事,重点探讨世俗医疗在这个时期表现出的行医群体的复杂性以及治疗手段的多样化,同时看到奇异医疗下体现的世俗因素,透过世俗与神异的融合展现出民众好“奇”的思想观念与对健康和生命的迫切渴望。

Yi Jian Zhi is a collection of strange stories compiled by Hong Mai,a litterateurs and historian in the Southern Song Dynasty.It has a wide range of themes,pays attention to the truth of details,and shows all aspects of social life in this period。Meantime it save a lot of medical narrative,based on this,the paper mainly discusses the complexity of medicine group and the diversification of the treatment show by secular health in this period,at the same time see secular factors under strange medical,show a good people like"odd"ideas and the desire for health and life of urgently through the fusion of secularity and miraculous.
