摘要
目前,移动式港口高架起重机为国外所垄断,其主机构驱动多为液压驱动,配套的控制器均为专用型。我国对此类机型的研发起步较晚,近年来研制出移动式港口高架起重机。该机的电气控制系统采用变频驱动(起升,回转)与俯仰液压驱动相结合,将通用可编程控制器和变频驱动器等电气元器件进行组合,通过软件编程技术完成港口轮胎移动式起重机各机构的运动以实现货物的移动和抓斗、吊钩、集装箱吊具等抓取功能。文中介绍了移动式港口高架起重机的机械机构及总体设计、电气系统,阐述了电气软硬件组成部分及其实现的功能特点等。
At present,the mobile port overhead crane market is monopolized by foreign companies,and this kind of crane mostly uses hydraulic drive device as the main mechanism drive,which needs a special controller.In China,the research and development of such cranes started late,and in recent years,a mobile port overhead crane has been developed.The electrical control system of the crane adopts the combination of frequency conversion drive(lifting and slewing)and pitching hydraulic drive,and combines the general programmable controller and frequency conversion drive and other electrical components.Through software programming technology,the movement of various mechanisms of the port tire mobile crane is completed to realize the movement of goods and the grasping functions of grab bucket,hook and container spreader.The machinery,mechanism,overall design and electrical system of mobile port overhead crane are introduced,and the components,functions and characteristics of electrical hardware and software are descriped.
