基于PLC控制的本质长效抑尘系统

摘要 操控员手动控制港口长效抑尘系统,通过现场反馈使用效果进行调整的操作方式,存在自动化程度低、精度不足等问题。文中通过研究煤炭含水率与起尘关系、使用粉尘检测仪检测粉尘浓度以及使用超声波物位计检测粉尘浓度等方法,研究翻车机底层洒水自动化控制系统,可减少人工参与,提升控制精准度。测试结果显示,采取超声波物位计检测粉尘浓度与翻车机、堆料机起尘规律相结合的方法,编写翻车机底层洒水自动控制程序,可实现翻车机底层洒水自动投切以及调整挡位,实现长效精准抑尘。 The fact that operator manually controls the long-term dust suppression system in the port,and adjusts it by using feedback on the spot has a low degree of automation and bad accuracy.By studying the relationship between coal moisture content and dust,using dust detector to detect dust concentration,and using ultrasonic level meter to detect dust concentration,the automatic control system of sprinkler at the bottom of dumper is studied,in order to reduce manual participation and improve control accuracy.The results show that the automatic control program of the bottom sprinkler of the dumper can be programmed by combining the dust concentration detected by ultrasonic level meter with the dust collection law of the dumper and the stacker,which can realize the automatic switching and shifting of the bottom sprinkler of the dumper and realize the long-term and accurate dust suppression.
