摘要
文中设计了一种可用于吊运熔融金属起重机超速保护检测的装置,详细叙述了其结构组成、工作原理、超速保护检测功能的实现。该检测装置操作方便、实用性强,能克服吊运熔融金属起重机工作环境粉尘多、环境温度高、振动冲击大等恶劣条件实现对超速保护的有效检测,弥补国内吊运熔融金属起重机超速保护检测不好检、检不准的技术空白,提升检测效率。
A design of overspeed protection detection device for cranes lifting molten metal is proposed,and its structure,working principle and realization of overspeed protection detection function are described in detail.The detection device is convenient to operate and practical,and can overcome the harsh conditions such as excessive dust,high temperature and large vibration impact in the working environment of cranes lifting molten metal,and can effectively detect overspeed,making up for the technical gap in overcoming inconvenient and inaccurate overspeed protection detection for cranes lifting molten metal in China,and improving the detection efficiency.
