摘要
文中设计了一种煤矿短小巷道内快速连续运输的一种简易带式输送机,该输送机采用模块化设计、机身宽度可调、便于安装运输,适用于巷道掘进、回采工作面间的快速转换。针对该带式输送机分体式机头、机身的结构设计、复合材料托辊架性能和强度等方面进行了研究。
A simple belt conveyor used for fast and continuous transportation in short tunnels in coal mines is put forward.The conveyor is modular in design,adjustable in body width,convenient for installation and transportation,and suitable for rapid conversion between tunneling and mining faces.Studies on structural design of the split head and fuselage of the belt conveyor,the performance and strength of the composite idler frame were carried out.
